I am an experienced property litigation lawyer and advocate, qualified to undertake reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007.

I undertake a broad range of property disputes in both commercial and residential sectors and act for both individual clients and commercial businesses.

Most disputes are capable of settlement. However, whilst my firm is pending regulation, if active court or tribunal litigation cannot be avoided then I carry out litigation proceedings under the umbrella of a Top Tier, Legal 500 law firm which is regulated by the Lawyers Regulatory Authority. This means that your litigation proceedings and associated work are fully regulated and protected.
